CUSTOMER SERVICE
Shipping & Delivery
We offer three methods of delivery including gifts shipped though companies such as UPS or Federal Express and the US Postal Service. For more immediate gift needs we offer a line of same day gifts available for immediate delivery through our local floral network. Choose the right delivery method to ensure timely gift delivery. Delivery methods may change depending on the type and location of an address.

Returns & Replacement
All Sales are Final - Under many state, local and Federal laws, we cannot accept return of Sex toys and Food.
Perishable and fragile products (flowers, food, balloons, and gift baskets from our Same Day Selection) cannot be returned. These products are covered by our Sensual Gift Baskets Guarantee. They will only be replaced if they arrive damaged, spoiled or if the wrong gift was delivered by our mistake. Please note that the photos and descriptions for our Basket gifts are only representative of the gift your recipient will receive. In case of balloons, the occasion will be the one you selected but the balloons may vary. Our guarantees do not apply to melted chocolate. These items are shipped at your own risk. In some cases during summer months when temperatures are high we do reserve the right to make equal value substitutions of items that are subject to melting
We only accept damaged, unused adult toy products with in 7 days of receiving the order. This means that 7 days from the "delivered" status on tracking. 
All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA) number. Customer service representatives will provide shipping instructions. Do not repackage the order and return it to the "shipped from" address.  Your refund will be processed as soon as your items are received.
Ordering
Oncce we begin processing your order, the order will no longer be editable. If you want to make change to your order reply by email using the transaction email we sent you. Please be sure to include exactly what you would like to change in your order so that there will be no reason for phone calls back and forth. Again we will only be able to accommodate your request only if we have not processed your order. If you do not provide the order # and the reason for contacting us we may not be able respond to your inquiry in a timely manner meaning it is less likely that we will be able to accommodate your request.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We Accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Cash (if your local).

Your Card will be charged within 24hours of your order. Your Credit card statement will show WEDDING GOODIES INC.
Promotions and Discounts will be given at time of order - Promotions and discounts will not be applied after the order has been placed and charged.
Viewing Orders
The 'My Account' feature only works if you set up an account when you placed your order. You can view your order, the order status and more. o
When will my order ship
Please see each individual item page for more information for the shipping schedule for each item. Because we make each basket only when ordered, we ship baskets within 7 days of the order. For All toys and Lingerie, those items will ship 24 - 48 hours from time of order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.
